Leading marketing department and coordinating the brand management team
Responsibility for budget planing and expenditure
Analyzing consumer data and developing programs that create brand loyalty and drive repeat purchases
Finding the best promotional channels
Supervising and organizing events and advertising campaigns
Cooperation with outsorced partners – control of design and realization of promotional materials
Operational support for the sales department and other departments
Proposing the strategic improvements and innovations
Direct daily communication with the management in Italy
Academic degree in Marketing
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Previous experience in retail or F&B production company is preffered
Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of Italian is a plus
Creative ability to generate new ideas and influence marketing effectiveness
Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Commitment and responsibility
Willingness to relocate for the training period (Italy) – 4-6 months
Driving licence category B
